    – Teams will be re-seeded after each flight
  • Participation is fully insured
  • Two referees for each game
  • Rules and Code of Conduct posted on our website
  • A cup and medals will be awarded for top three teams at the end of the season

Cohort COED and Snow Soccer*

  • Starts May 1 (actually the plan is to start playing as snow soccer when allowed as per AHS and continue into the spring/summer and adapting within the maximum cohort sizes allowed)
  • Seven games weekly (every day, in locations across Edmonton and St. Albert)
  • Format will be a minimum of 6 vs. 6 and a maximum of 12 vs. 12 per field, per night
    – no goalies, and a fun-first atmosphere, pylon/flag nets (and max. shooting area) to limit hard blasts
    – (if more people sign up on a given night, multiple fields at the same location may be used)
  • An online payment plan will offered or a drop in fee:
    – Prepay $50/month and you can play up to seven times each week (depending on weather, location limits/RSVP and other schedule changes); otherwise, the drop in fee is $10 per game
    – Pinnies (and when necessary, lights) will be provided to designate each side (teams emailed out approx. one hour prior to the game based on registered participants). Warmup music, flags, markers and practice/game balls also provided
  • *Registered participants in the Open or Coed leagues can also play Cohort Soccer without additional fees (provided they RSVP each night they choose to play)
  • Format management (participants per cohort and maximums) will follow AHS cohort regulations

Players sign up to be part of the cohort and RSVP for each game they want to attend. Since this is a cohort group, participants can choose to take a break for lifestyle (vacation, etc.), but cannot bring other players who are not registered and RSVP’d in the cohort (as per AHS regulations).
